Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before using my freelance web development, SEO, or digital marketing services. By working with me, you agree to these terms.
Upon agreeing to work together, a clear scope of work will be defined. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Project timelines will be discussed and mutually agreed upon. Reasonable revisions are included, but excessive or out-of-scope changes may require extra time and cost.
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback to ensure smooth delivery. Delays from the client’s side may impact deadlines.
Any information shared during the project will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
A percentage of the project fee may be required upfront. Full payment is expected upon project completion or as per the discussed milestones.
If a project is canceled midway, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed. No refund is provided once the final delivery is made.
Upon final payment, all rights to the delivered work (website, content, graphics) will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
These terms are governed by the laws of our operational jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled under applicable regulations.
